our business into one of the largest electrical contractors in
the North West of England over the last 15 years.
Our company specialises in the modernisation of occupied
social housing properties. Some 80% of our impressive turnover
is generated within the social housing sector.
We employ over 100 highly trained personnel. We also act as
both principal contractor and subcontractor depending on the
client / contractor requirements.
In partnership with local colleges and training centres, we
have an extensive apprentice training strategy which also
includes in house weekly training. This ensures that we can
continue to expand and improve our workforce, whilst
maintaining a high standard to which we are renowned.
Due to our experience within the social housing
refurbishment sector, we have unrivalled expertise and
experience overcoming the unique daily challenges that can
arise whilst working in the difficult environment that
refurbishment schemes can present. We are a customer facing
company and our values of passion, integrity and excellence
remain at the heart of everything we do.
As we spend our time in the potentially dangerous
environment of construction sites or refurbishment schemes,
health and safety is our top priority. We already operate to
the highest possible safety standards, and our site supervisors
are either SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH trained. All our employees
have ECS accreditation and hold asbestos awareness or non
licensed removal certificates.
In addition a large percentage of our staff hold first aid
at work or emergency first aid certification.
